Our Story
Sam Barbour - Director
Sam is born and breed locally here in the Wairarapa, descending from Riversdale where he grew up. Sam began building in 2009. He gained his qualifications through a local Wairarapa building business and from there worked his way up to site foreman. In 2017, Sam decided to branch out on his own and work for himself. SB Building was born and Sam began growing his business.
In 2021, Sam created a roofing division of SB Building and built a team of roofers to help grow the business.
At SB Building and Roofing, we have been proud to serve as one of building businesses in the Wairarapa for the last 7 years. Our team of 9 skilled and experienced builders and roofers offer a wide range of services, including new house builds, new house roofing including membrane, re-roofs, extensions, and bespoke renovations.
